Berkeley Sourcing Group shipped to us the first two prototypes made by the factory in Shenzhen. First things first, installing it on one of our bikes to see how it rides. We've already identified several necessary changes, and next we'll be tearing it apart to check everything inside and out. In the mean time, the factory is going to start building the tooling necessary to make the plastic stash-box. Once that's ready, we start manufacturing!

These are photos of the second prototype that the factory in Shenzhen put together for us. There are a couple of minor changes required (you'll notice the stash-box is made of metal in this prototype - the actual stash-box will be plastic), but we are very close to being ready to start producing Companion Bike Seats!
