Return Policy
* Please note this Return Policy applies only to Companion Bike Seats purchased via this website. All other purchases are subject to the return policy of the store or website that the original purchase was made.
Online Purchases: Companion Bike Seats will accept returns for any reason up to 60 days after a purchase is made from this website, provided the bike seat is returned without damage. When the item is being returned because it’s defective, isn’t as described, or because it was damaged in shipping, Companion Bike Seats will pay for return shipping costs. Please indicate when you submit your return whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Please also include your product registration number when you submit any returns. All refunds will be charged a restocking fee, commensurate to the cost incurred by Companion Bike Seat for the original shipment of the bike seat to you.

In-store Purchases: Returns for purchases of Companion Bike Seats from bike shops and other third parties are subject to the Return Policy of each of those individual retailers.
