These pannier hooks hang on the sides of the stash-box so that you can hang your panniers on the side of your bike seat. Simply unlock and open the stash-box, slide the pannier hooks onto the edge, then close (and lock) the stash-box. Hang your panniers onto the hooks and you're ready to go!
